FEMA is totally fucking up, their leadership is inept. Perhaps someone should stop appointing his buddies to posts (who then appoint their buddies).

FEMA blocks 500-boat citizen floatila from delivering aid.

FEMA doesn't utilize 600-bed hospital ship provided by Navy.

FEMA turns down Chicago's massive offer of aid.

FEMA stops delivery of generators.

How else can this be viewed other than a monumental failure?
