Adventures in woodworking

So, I started cutting the wood for my studio console desk today and I learned a few things.

1. You're supposed to adjust the blade height on the circular saw before cutting. I guess that's obvious to someone who's used one before but this is my first time.

2. Cutting exactly to within 1/8th of an inch is damn fucking hard to do. I don't know how some people are so good at this. Practice I guess.

I have some coding to do tomorrow and going out of town on Sunday so I'll probably continue the project monday night.
